160 Years of Lane Crawford: Fashion Play (Part One)

160 Years of Lane Crawford: Fashion Play

Asian luxury retail powerhouse Lane Crawford recently invited me to visit Hong Kong for their 160th anniversary celebrations. Rich in history and tradition, Lane Crawford is one of the world's most prestigious multi-brand stores, offering the best of the best when it comes to fashion and luxury goods.

Apologies for the Absence

Apologies for the Absence

Time flies so fast! When you have so many things to do, well, you have so many things to do. There's no other way to twist it. Two weeks of not updating my humble blog is kinda inexcusable but 24 hours a day is not enough especially if you spend a lot of time 38,000 feet up in the air, crossing continents. I've been extremely busy that sometimes, blogging feels like a chore. I don't want to blog for the sake of putting something out there that doesn't come from the heart. I want my blog entries to be more organic and natural if you know what I mean. Do I live my life to blog or do I blog to live to my life? Hmmm.

With that being said, blogging will resume shortly. I apologize for my absence.

No, seriously, it will.

Hong Kong Cab Ride At Night

Hong Kong Cab Ride At Night

I think it's blasphemous for me to say this but I actually find Hong Kong skyline more interesting than Manhattan's.

If you're a big fan of skyscrapers, slabs of concrete and bright city lights like me, Hong Kong is the place to be. Here's a quick (and very poor) video I took while I was in the cab one night.

View From The 21st Floor

Here's the view from my room.

I attended an internal Marketing seminar earlier today for one of the world's biggest luxury brands. Did a mini-speech/Q&A, all ad-lib.I hope I did well. It was brief and short but fun nonetheless.

Believe it or not, I'm starting to like public speaking. I used to be sooo petrified of babbling in front of a real, live audience... but then again, blogging/twitting is pretty much the same.
